MDaudit is a company focused on maximizing revenue for healthcare organizations through innovative solutions. They are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead the content strategy and integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand generation and revenue growth, while collaborating with various teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Cross-Functional Marketing Teams
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the MDaudit Platform, value propositions, and buyer personas to inform all content and campaigns
- Serve as the primary content strategy partner and central touchpoint for Customer Marketing, Demand Generation/Growth Marketing, Events, PR/Comms, Digital/Website, Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Work closely with Sales and Product on managing product collaterals and assets across MDaudit properties (website, social media, internal portals)
- Assist in the development of messaging frameworks, value propositions, marketing content, and go-to-market strategies
- Partner with the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop customer case studies serving as the primary content and writing collaborator
- Collaborate with Sales to develop sales enablement tools and product collaterals that support deal-closing
- Own the development and execution of comprehensive content strategy and integrated campaigns (including blog posts, emails, newsletters, videos, social media content, paid campaigns, landing pages, and more) that align with business goals and drive measurable growth
- Create and manage the editorial calendar and content distribution plans, staying current with industry trends, customer challenges, SEO best practices, and performance data
- Develop and manage social media calendars and platforms to build brand awareness and engagement
- Manage relationships with the PR Agency to develop media pitches, awards submissions, speaking engagements, press releases, case studies, and other content
- Support content alignment and creation (talk tracks, presentations) for events, webinars, and conferences
- Manage content distribution and partnerships with third-party associations and publications
- Ensure company-wide brand consistency across all content channels and marketing touchpoints
- Contribute to brand strategy by helping define and evolve brand voice, storytelling, and visual expression through content; collaborate with freelance designers and creative partners to produce cohesive, on-brand assets
- Establish reporting frameworks and regularly analyze content marketing performance metrics across channels; use insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize strategy and demonstrate ROI
- Proactively and expertly leverage AI tools as a core part of the role to research, generate, optimize, personalize, and scale high-quality content production while ensuring editorial excellence and brand alignment

- Proven ability to own end-to-end content strategy and translate business objectives into integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Expertise in content analytics, reporting, and performance optimization; experience with marketing platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar for data-driven decision making
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Demonstrated proficiency and enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools extensively to augment marketing efforts, increase efficiency, and accelerate output velocity
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Hands-on experience with social media, search engine marketing, SEO, web/digital marketing
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet, Monday.com, JIRA)
- Creative problem solver with proven clear communication and creative thinking skills
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand voice, tone, and visual identity principles; experience collaborating with freelance designers and creative resources
- Ability to continuously adapt to best practices and evolve in support of the Marketing department
- Solid understanding of demand generation strategies, sales funnels, buyer's journeys, and how content contributes to revenue growth
- 4-5+ years' experience in B2B marketing, communications, content strategy, and project management, with a proven track record of owning integrated campaigns and content strategy
- 2+ years' experience in Healthcare IT, healthcare, or regulated B2B SaaS environment strongly preferred
- Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and support sales
- Experience supporting sales enablement and working closely with cross-functional sales and marketing teams
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent experience
