GovCIO is currently hiring for a Project Manager to join the Patient Generated Health Data team. The role involves creating project plans, managing project direction, and ensuring adherence to quality standards to meet client satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities:
- Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new initiatives in development
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Develops and maintains mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with team members and clients
- Participates in strategic planning and leadership updates
- Reports to the Sr. Program Manager for PGHD
- Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives
- Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment
- Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks, tracks, and reviews vendor deliverables
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
- Conducts project meetings and supports project tracking, analysis and reporting
- Collaborates and integrates with technical teams as needed for project advancement to support PGHD's mission and vision
- Draft, edit, and/or review foundational PGHD documents as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience)
- At least 1-2 years VA Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Experience with electronic health records systems or clinical data capture tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
- Clinical Licensure (LPN, RN, SW, PT etc.)
- Building/refining clinical workflows
- Patient Generated Health Data awareness
