Barti is a venture-backed startup on a mission to revolutionize eye care by building AI-powered software that enhances practice operations. As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, engage with eye care clinicians, and contribute to a collaborative sales team while achieving your sales quota.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage your own book of business across both inbound and outbound opportunities
- Run full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
- Lead thoughtful conversations with eye care clinicians to understand their challenges and show how Barti improves their workflow
- Partner with SDRs to generate pipeline and refine messaging
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, product, marketing and customer success to share feedback and strengthen our sales motion
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing learnings and supporting teammates
- Represent Barti at industry conferences a few times per year
