Business Systems Analyst

eTeam is a company seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a 6-month contract role. The Analyst will oversee system health, manage backend configurations, and provide support for various applications while also handling data analytics and development coordination responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Core Platform Management
• Client (Primary): Serve as the Functional, overseeing end-to-end system health and the integrity of all integrated Waymo specific custom applications
• Cornerstone (Learning Management): Act as the Primary Administrator, managing backend configurations and ongoing system maintenance
• Enablon (Environment, Health & Safety System) & Origami (Risk Management System): Provide functional support and application-level troubleshooting as required. Backend configurations for these applications will be done by the vendor
• Data Analytics: Fluent in SQL to perform complex data validation and auditing. I leverage Google BigQuery and PLX for large-scale data validation, supplemented by advanced Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, formulas) for data reconciliation and reporting
• Development Coordination: Interface with engineering teams to translate functional requirements into technical builds and manage sprint alignment
• QA & Release Management: Ownership of the testing lifecycle, including the creation of BRDs, SOP and technical test scripts, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and executing post-deployment validation

Requirements:

• Fluent in SQL to perform complex data validation and auditing
• Experience with Google BigQuery and PLX for large-scale data validation
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas) for data reconciliation and reporting
• Experience in managing backend configurations and ongoing system maintenance
• Ability to provide functional support and application-level troubleshooting
• Experience interfacing with engineering teams to translate functional requirements into technical builds
• Experience managing sprint alignment
• Ownership of the testing lifecycle, including the creation of BRDs, SOP and technical test scripts
• Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and executing post-deployment validation
