Roe is an innovative company focused on providing AI solutions for fraud and AML teams. They are seeking a Founding Account Executive to work directly with the CEO in acquiring new customers and building the sales strategy from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound to risk, fraud, AML, compliance, and operations leaders
- Turn messy customer pain into crisp “holy shit, we need this” demos
- Run discovery calls that do not sound like a hostage negotiation
- Attend conferences, work rooms, follow up fast, and make pipeline appear
- Navigate fintechs, banks, marketplaces, and other regulated companies
- Close deals, learn from every deal, and help build the sales playbook from scratch
- Partner with founders, engineers, and solutions teams to get customers live
