Optum is a healthcare company dedicated to improving health systems. They are seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analytics Lead to manage and oversee analytic deliverables, focusing on healthcare data management, business intelligence tools, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Write Complex Queries in MS SQL using both claims and EMR Data
- Interpret and summarize results to Business and Analytics Leaders
- Manage Analytic Projects to Ensure Quality and on time Completion
- Build Dashboards in Business Intelligence Tools
- Present analysis to technical and non-technical audiences
- Supervise Data Analyst
- Assist in the management of triage of analytic requests
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with SQL
- 3+ years in the healthcare field
- Experience with Epic Cogito
