Advanced Management USA is a leading Accountable Care Organization consultation firm dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes. The Market Growth Specialist will play a critical role in recruiting Primary Care Physicians to collaborate with the company, helping them unlock financial incentives while delivering high-quality care to Medicare patients.
Responsibilities:
- Make 100 – 300 outbound calls weekly to engage and recruit PCPs interested in Medicare value-based care models
- Schedule 5 – 10 phone consultations weekly between physicians and our ACO development team
- Communicate the financial benefits of partnering with Advanced Management USA, including revenue-sharing opportunities, reduced administrative burden, and cost-saving initiatives
- Educate physicians on the ACO MSSP and REACH models, including risk-sharing arrangements, incentive programs, and patient care improvements
- Qualify leads and manage a physician outreach pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring follow-ups and tracking engagement
- Explain Advanced Management USA’s mission, strategies, and the advantages of value-based care transformation for independent providers
- Maintain accurate call notes and meeting records to optimize the physician onboarding process
Requirements:
- Experience in cold calling is highly valued
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with busy physicians and engage them in meaningful discussions
- Ability to meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach quotas, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospective physician partners
- Strong with Medicare, ACOs, and value-based care models, some training will be provided
- Proficiency in CRM tools and appointment scheduling software
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for healthcare transformation
- Experience in healthcare sales, physician recruitment, or medical consulting is a plus
- Book of business is a huge plus!
