IRIS Software Group is experiencing significant growth, having tripled its employee headcount in North America. They are seeking a strategic Sales Development Executive to build partnerships with Accounting and Payroll firms in the US by selling payroll processing software and managed services.
Responsibilities:
- Gain understanding of our accountants and payroll client’s needs and requirement
- Successfully serve customers and prospects, targeting to create a customer for life
- Be responsible for the entire sales process – this is a closing role
- Continually develop your consultative sales skills & product knowledge
- Occasionally attend trade shows/seminars or participate in conferences
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales quota
Requirements:
- You have 3+ years of experience within a Payroll/HCM software sales role
- You could explain complex and technical issues clearly, to non-technical audience
- You have experience with developing new account prospects and clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and account development over the phone
- You have strong communication skills
- You are receptive to feedback and constructive criticism
- You have sold payroll products or services (preferred, not essential)
