Cyncly is a global technology powerhouse transforming the way customizable products and spaces are designed and sold. They are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to generate new opportunities in the Kitchen & Bath and Flooring industries, working closely with Account Executives to fill the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect into targeted accounts in the Kitchen & Bath and Flooring verticals through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Research accounts and identify key decision-makers to build high-quality prospect lists
- Craft personalized outreach messages to generate interest and secure booked and attended demos
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
- Track activities and results in Salesforce, using tools like Salesloft and Gong to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for booked and attended demos
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach sequences at once
- Comfortable with outbound calling and motivated by hitting and exceeding goals
- Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote environment
- Previous SDR experience is preferred but not required — we value work ethic and drive above all else
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong is a plus
