Vodori is a fast-growing, Series A SaaS company on a mission to transform how life science companies bring their products to market. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to promote their product suite, meet sales quotas, and support the sales development program.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Vodori’s product suite through outbound cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to prospective clients
- Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly outbound quota targets
- Determine customer needs and relate Vodori solutions to communicate value
- Schedule and participate in initial discovery meetings alongside Account Executives
- Research and nurture inbound leads
- Partner with Account Executives to grow strategic market segments
- Support conference and event initiatives through attendee prospecting, outreach, and meeting coordination
- Maintain assigned contacts and companies and record all activity in Hubspot
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of progressive sales experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside or Outside Sales
- Obtained a bachelor's degree
- Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., communication, problem solving, time management)
- Aptitude to take initiative and solve problems
- Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and seek answers proactively in a remote environment
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Experience in HubSpot or CRM data management is a big plus
- Work or academic experience in a scientific field is a big plus
