Senior Data Integration Engineer / Developer (Mortgage / Financial Services) - REMOTE

They are currently seeking a Senior Data Integration Engineer / Developer to lead cloud data migration and integration efforts for a major Financial Services customer, focusing on Azure and Microsoft Fabric initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration and integration of on-prem or legacy data systems into Microsoft Fabric
• Own the full pipeline: source to destination, including building new data pipelines in Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Extract data from the Data Lake, transform it, and load it into the Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Work closely with reporting teams to ensure Synapse, Databricks, and reporting layers are fully integrated
• Help establish Lakehouse architecture, ensuring performant and scalable data access

Requirements:

• Strong background in Azure development
• Proven experience with at least one Microsoft Fabric implementation or migration
• Deep hands-on experience with ADF (Azure Data Factory)
• Comfortable doing the heavy lifting – building, integrating, troubleshooting pipelines
• Experience with API's
• Self-starter who can roll up their sleeves and drive solutions independently
