Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Bizagi Developer (SME Level) to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Business Process Management (BPM) solutions using the Bizagi platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building and automating complex business workflows, integrating enterprise applications, and delivering BPM solutions within workers compensation, insurance, or state government environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BPM applications using Bizagi Studio, Bizagi Modeler, Bizagi Automation, and Bizagi Connectors.
  Lead end-to-end workflow automation initiatives supporting workers' compensation claims and adjudication processes.
  Architect scalable and efficient business process solutions using BPMN 2.0 standards.
  Develop custom business rules, forms, widgets, and integrations using JavaScript and Bizagi technologies.
  Integrate Bizagi workflows with external systems through REST and SOAP web services.
  Collaborate with business stakeholders, legal teams, adjudicators, and IT teams to gather and translate business requirements into automated workflow solutions.
  Mentor junior and mid-level Bizagi developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous delivery practices.
  Optimize process performance, troubleshoot workflow issues, and implement process improvements.
  Support integration of RPA technologies and external government systems when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  10+ years of software development experience.
  6+ years of hands-on Bizagi development experience.
  Strong expertise in Bizagi Studio, Modeler, Automation, and Connectors.
  Advanced BPMN 2.0 process modeling experience.
  Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
  Advanced JavaScript development experience within Bizagi environments.
  Experience leading large-scale BPM implementations.
  Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workers Compensation or Insurance Claims domain experience.
  Maryland Workers Compensation Act knowledge.
  IAIABC EDI Standards experience.
  Experience with SIF, UEF, or Child Support integrations.
  Experience integrating RPA solutions with Bizagi.
  State Government project experience.
