Full Stack Product Engineer

• Work across the entire stack, from crafting user experiences to optimizing backend systems
• Combine product instinct with strong ownership and user empathy
• Navigate ambiguity and turn open-ended problems into shipped features
• Build and ship full stack applications with real user impact
• Work across frontend and backend systems
• Design APIs and data models that support evolving product needs
• Use AI-native engineering tools to accelerate development velocity
• Identify opportunities and drive them to completion
• Ship incremental value and iterate based on real user feedback
• Explain technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
• Seek feedback, acknowledge mistakes, and learn quickly
• Push for quality through constructive code review and collaboration
