Pogo is a company focused on consumer mobile app growth, seeking a Growth Marketer to join their paid acquisition team. The role involves running paid acquisition campaigns across various digital channels and contributing to channel and budget strategy while applying analytical rigor to spending decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Run consumer paid acquisition across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), programmatic/DSP, and unconventional channels
- Handle the technical side of mobile app marketing - MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), attribution, SKAdNetwork
- Contribute to channel and budget strategy alongside the team - work together to figure out what to test, scale, and cut
- Apply analytical rigor to every spend decision - CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, attribution
- Partner with marketing, creative, and product on ad creative, landing pages, and full-funnel optimization
- Test, iterate, and scale what works
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of paid acquisition experience at a consumer mobile app, mobile gaming developer, or similar
- Strong technical chops on mobile app marketing including MMPs, attribution, SKAdNetwork
- Experience running multiple paid channels with a strong POV on what works where and how budget should move
- Ability to back every spend decision with data including CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, attribution
- Experience working at a fast-growing organization with real ownership
- Active use of AI tools in workflows
- Mobile gaming background
- Out-of-home or direct mail experience
