About this role
Paradigm is on a mission to build a new type of workspace that enables knowledge workers to leverage LLMs for efficient research. They are seeking a Software Engineer who will contribute to the design and deployment of distributed services and help solve complex problems related to parallelizing agents.
Responsibilities:
- Managed, designed and deployed distributed services in a production environment
- Consistent record an individual contributor to several medium to large projects
- Consistent record as primary individual contributor to at least one medium scale project
- Seen as a resource by peers who can help debug and answer questions
