CompassX Group is a boutique business and technology consulting firm that helps Fortune 500 and high-growth clients deliver strategic initiatives. They are seeking a Solution Designer to transform fragmented business requirements into structured artifacts, focusing on UX and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional discovery workshops and conduct deep-dive stakeholder interviews
- Conduct user research and synthesize findings into structured lifecycle and workflow models
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and breakdowns to propose innovative solutions
- Design operational workflows and intuitive UX/UI interfaces specifically within Figma Make
- Ensure all design outputs are cleanly structured for seamless ingestion into Emergent/AI tools
- Collaborate with AI Leads and Integration Leads to validate the technical feasibility of designs
- Advocate for usability and adoption within complex B2B environments
- Translate qualitative insights into clear, actionable requirements and flows
Requirements:
- Advanced experience in UX/UI design for heavy-duty operational or enterprise workflows
- Mastery of process mapping and journey mapping techniques
- Proficiency with design tools, specifically Figma Make and Miro
- A strong 'systems awareness' of CRM, CPQ, and ERP environments
- The ability to identify AI-enabled workflow opportunities while respecting data constraints
- Proven track record of creating implementation-ready designs that require minimal rework
- Excellent workshop facilitation skills and the ability to align stakeholders
- A senior consultant profile with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
