Rev.io is a software company that provides configurable solutions for billing and customer management in telecommunications and related industries. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to create clear messaging and competitive positioning for their platform, collaborating with various teams to effectively communicate product capabilities and market intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Own product positioning and messaging across key Rev.io product areas, including billing, PSA, payments, integrations, automation, security, and AI-driven workflows
- Develop clear value propositions for Rev.io’s target audiences, including MSPs, CSPs, telecom providers, and security integrators
- Partner with Product Management to plan and execute product launches, feature announcements, release communications, and roadmap messaging
- Provide market intelligence, buyer insights, competitive research, and product feedback that helps inform product development and go-to-market priorities
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to create a consistent product megaphone across social channels, blogs, newsletters, campaigns, and other content formats
- Use AI tools to improve marketing workflows, accelerate research, generate content ideas, support messaging development, and scale product marketing output
- Manage prompt development, prompt refinement, and AI-assisted content workflows to ensure quality, accuracy, brand alignment, and repeatability
- Create sales enablement materials, including one-sheeters, battlecards, pitch decks, talk tracks, competitive guides, demo narratives, and objection-handling resources
- Support competitive intelligence by researching competitors, market trends, buyer needs, and positioning gaps
- Work with Demand Generation to shape campaign messaging, landing page copy, webinar themes, nurture content, SEO strategy, GEO strategy, and paid media angles
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer pain points, win/loss themes, objections, and market feedback
- Build customer proof points, case studies, testimonials, and use-case narratives that support Rev.io’s market positioning
- Help maintain consistency across Rev.io’s website, product pages, collateral, social content, and campaign messaging
- Track product marketing impact through campaign performance, content usage, sales feedback, win/loss insights, product feedback, and pipeline influence
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience using AI tools for marketing, research, content development, messaging, workflow automation, or go-to-market execution
- Strong prompt management skills, including the ability to create, refine, document, and operationalize prompts for repeatable marketing workflows
- Experience marketing to MSPs, telecom providers, CSPs, IT services firms, or security-focused buyers is a strong plus
- Ability to understand technical products and translate them into simple, compelling messaging
- Strong writing skills across sales collateral, web copy, launch messaging, presentations, social content, and campaign content
- Experience partnering with product, sales, marketing, customer success, and content teams
- Familiarity with competitive research, positioning frameworks, launch planning, market intelligence, and sales enablement
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
