Henry Schein One is a global leader in dental management, analytics, communication, and marketing software. They are seeking a Sr Product Manager for their Patient Experience team to build products that enhance patient interactions and streamline dental practice operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth customer research and interviews to uncover patient and practice needs, focusing on solutions that address complete challenges for patients and dental providers
- Deep discovery with dental practices and patients to understand where the real friction lives — and build solutions that address whole problems, not just symptoms
- Data-informed prioritization that connects product bets to measurable outcomes: more bookings, less admin work, better patient retention
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to take features from idea to launch to iteration
- Clear, durable artifacts — PRDs, roadmaps, strategy docs, etc. that keep leadership and partners aligned
- A sharp eye on the competitive landscape in dental tech and digital patient experience, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve
- Mentorship and knowledge-sharing that lifts the whole PM team
- Champion the voice of the patient and practice in every product decision, ensuring our solutions deliver actionable insights that optimize both operations and patient care
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience shipping B2B software, ideally in healthcare, communications, or a digital experience platform
- A track record of outcomes, not just outputs - reduced manual tasks, improved engagement metrics, increased conversions, happier users
- Fluency in cross-functional leadership within a matrixed org: you know how to align without authority and move things forward across business units
- Strong instincts for discovery and validation - you don't assume you know what customers need; you go find out, and you let the data shape your conviction
- A bias toward action: you make thoughtful decisions quickly, break big bets into testable increments, and don't let perfect be the enemy of shipped
- Communication skills sharp enough to speak fluently with engineers, executives, and customers - often about the same product, in the same week
- Commitment to continuous growth - you seek out feedback, reflect on it honestly, and get better
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience with Twilio or similar communications platforms
- Experience building or integrating AI-powered features
- Familiarity with agentic workflows
- A point of view on where LLMs and automation create real leverage in healthcare workflows
