FINTECH Operations Strategic Initiatives Project Manager

The Lead Technical Program Manager will be responsible for executing strategic and operational goals within Finance and Strategic Locations, leading programs and projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Technology teams, offshore colleagues, and finance colleagues within the PMO and across groups
• Help with the transition of systems access and create system profiles for transitioned roles
• Manage On Boarding process for offshore teams, coordinate with HR / Change partners. Oversee Fieldglass and Service Now process for systems access, controls, procedures
• Ensure systems, access, and data controls are in place for offshore and third party
• Help with Knowledge transfer and activity documentation that is required for overall systems and data management. Set up collaboration structures for US/Offshore teams sharing information and ongoing work
• Oversee and manage the connectivity between Lumen US and offshore users. Escalation to Technology partners and problem solve and resolve any issues
• Develops methodologies, procedures, and systems to produce financial reporting
• Involved in other FTO activities supporting Business Operations and strategic initiatives for tracking, metrics, KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience
• Expertise and training in program and project management methods (waterfall & agile), and a strong business acumen
• 8+ years related experience
