AltScore is transforming the way businesses access credit through data-driven decision-making. They are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers for their solutions, playing a critical role in the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and industry research
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to engage prospects and generate interest in AltScore’s solutions
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and fit for our products
- Schedule and coordinate high-value meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track interactions and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and improve messaging
- Continuously learn and refine best practices for prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification
Requirements:
- 2+ year of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or startups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (Portuguese as a plus)
- Strong ability to engage and build relationships through outbound sales strategies
- A self-starter mentality with high motivation and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement platforms
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning and improving sales skills
