Senior Lead Specialist, Application and Product Management

Deloitte Global is the engine of the Deloitte network, delivering strategic programs and services that unite the organization. The Senior Lead Specialist, Application and Product Management will lead efforts in enterprise software administration, programming, and analysis, and will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of business plans, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Lead team of professionals who are involved in enterprise software administration, programming, and analysis
• Oversee the Development and implementation of business plans, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to prioritize enterprise resource planning (ERP)
• Evaluate results within business unit to determine if organizational objectives are being met
• Analyze and resolve enterprise software issues and needs including improvement of system efficiency and integration of existing software applications into ERP & CRM solutions
• Manage and provide career development to team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 10+ years of directly related experience, including at least 2 years of people/process management experience
