They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound lead generation and create new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of daily outbound calls
- Engage prospects live
- Handle objections
- Create pipeline
- Engage HR leaders, hiring managers, recruiters, and business executives to uncover hiring needs
- Introduce tailored recruitment solutions
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an SDR, Business Development Representative (BDR), Recruiter, Account Executive, or Staffing Sales Representative
- Proven experience in a high-volume cold calling environment, with the ability to make consistent daily outbound calls while maintaining strong conversation quality
- Strong cold calling, lead generation, and objection-handling skills
- Proven ability to book meetings and generate qualified B2B sales opportunities
- Experience engaging with HR directors, hiring managers, and C-level decision-makers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable giving feedback on what is resonating in the market and helping improve pitch effectiveness over time
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
- Background in the recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or HR services industry
- Experience selling recruitment services, staffing solutions, or RPO services
- Familiarity with recruitment workflows, hiring pain points, and workforce planning
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar prospecting tools
- Background in high-volume outbound sales or inside sales environments
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline management
