Epic Escapes with Shonda is seeking a friendly, organized Remote Travel Agent to assist clients with vacations, cruises, and more. The role involves planning and booking travel while providing excellent client service from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Help clients plan and book travel (flights, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, rentals)
• Provide destination recommendations based on budgets and preferences
• Create quotes and itineraries, confirm details, and handle changes as needed
• Communicate clearly with clients by phone, email, text, and/or social media
• Share travel specials and helpful tips to inspire future trips
• Ensure smooth travel experiences with strong attention to details

Requirements:
