Senior Project Manager

GH Engage is a well-established industrial contractor delivering large-scale projects across the Midwest. They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead heavy industrial construction projects, overseeing all aspects of project delivery including safety, scheduling, budgeting, and client management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale industrial construction projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and cost control
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and field operations
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
• Identify and resolve project risks and challenges

Requirements:

• 10+ years of project management experience in heavy industrial construction
• Proven track record delivering complex industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and contract management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Midwest
