Valant is a market-leading EHR and practice management platform built exclusively for behavioral health. As Head of Growth Marketing, you will own the pipeline engine and lead a team to drive demand generation strategies across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Own the demand generation engine across paid acquisition, organic search, GEO/AIO, email, events, and signal-driven outbound. You set the strategy, you own the number, and you build the system that hits it
- Lead and develop a small, high-accountability team
- Own and activate a robust agent layer to extend the team’s capabilities
- Drive the ABM motion. Partner with RevOps on signal detection and outreach sequencing. The goal: intercept scaling practices before they evaluate competitors
- Architect and optimize Valant's integrated nurture infrastructure in Marketo across pre-MQL, MQL, and post-demo stages. The goal is to improve conversion rates at each stage and reduce no-response pipeline loss
- Own pipeline dollars performance against a weekly velocity target. Report on MQL volume, source mix, conversion rates, and gap-to-target
- Build and scale a GEO/AIO strategy that improves Valant's visibility in AI-powered search environments
- Run structured channel experiments using a 70/20/10 budget model (70% on proven channels, 20% on emerging bets, 10% on tests)
- Stay current on AI agent tooling, intent data platforms, and demand gen best practices
- Pipeline Velocity Hit — Consistent weekly pipeline creation attained, with clear source attribution and conversion visibility at every funnel stage
- ABM Motion Live and Producing — Clay ABM Signal Agent deployed, target account list defined by archetype, BDR alert workflow operational, and measurable pipeline sourced from key segments
- No-Response Rate Cut in Half — Integrated nurture infrastructure rebuilt in Marketo, with stage-specific sequences reducing the no-response loss rate by 50%
- GEO/AIO Live and Tracking — Valant appearing in AI-powered search results for priority behavioral health EHR queries, with a measurement framework in place to track influence on inbound volume
- Agent Layer Operational — Engine Marketing Agents activated and running. Human-in-the-loop workflows established for each
- Real-Time Reporting Infrastructure — Daily pipeline Slack digest running, Salesforce and Marketo dashboards current and actionable
Requirements:
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation with direct ownership of MQL and pipeline targets
- Currently operating at a Director+ level where you've managed small teams and contributed directly to daily work
- Proven track record in vertical SaaS or healthcare SaaS with high-velocity pipeline. You understand how SMB buyers evaluate software and how to shorten their path to yes
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools
- Experience building ABM programs end-to-end — account selection, signal-based triggers, BDR coordination, and multi-touch nurture
- Deep fluency in Salesforce and Marketo
- Strong analytical instincts
