Harnham is a complex, enterprise-scale organisation operating a mature marketing technology and decisioning landscape. They are seeking a Pega Project Manager to lead high-impact decisioning initiatives, translating marketing strategy into clear decisioning requirements and managing the end-to-end delivery process.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the business-facing technical project manager for Pega CDH decisioning initiatives, owning scope, timelines, and delivery
- Translate marketing and business strategy into clear decisioning requirements and logic within Pega CDH
- Manage intake, prioritisation, and governance of decisioning enhancements from ideation through to production
- Partner with technology teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and resolve defects efficiently
- Execute and oversee UAT and regression testing, validating decision logic and offer execution
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders through structured documentation and presentations
Requirements:
- 2.5 Year Contract
- Remote (Must be US Based – PST or CT Preferred)
- $55 Per Hour
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub and enterprise decisioning capabilities
- Proven ability to translate business and marketing strategy into technical decisioning logic
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery, with familiarity in scaled Agile environments
- Experience writing and managing business requirements and working as a proxy business stakeholder with IT teams
- Comfortable validating logic using data analysis tools, APIs, and XML-based transactions
- Confident communicator able to influence and manage senior internal stakeholders across marketing, technology, and operations
