Sr Project Manager (M&A Security Transition)

The Judge Group is seeking a Sr Project Manager with experience in managing large scale IT Security transition projects for M&A. The role involves driving security and compliance strategies while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the projects focused on Security and Compliance strategy for merging systems, applications, and business processes across both legacy organizations
• Collaborates with Project Sponsor and project team to establish project timelines and scope, in cooperation with project leadership on large scale M&A initiatives
• Develop and manage detailed plans, including timelines, dependencies, resource assignments, and contingency protocols
• Manage large scale enterprise software projects and portfolios

Requirements:

• 5+ years managing projects focused on IT Security & Compliance for large scale Merger & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Strong understanding of project methodologies (traditional, agile, and hybrid), with a demonstrated ability to apply methodology effectively and with flexibility to projects
• Strong communication skills
• Ideally have insurance industry experience
