About this role
Arcadia is a technology company seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to help build, maintain, and scale cloud infrastructure and deployment systems. The role involves designing and deploying scalable AWS infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance deployment efficiency and platform stability.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability across production environments
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment efficiency and platform stability
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues
- Support containerized applications and modern DevOps workflows
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Expert-level knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure
- Strong experience with: EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch, Load Balancers
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Kubernetes experience
- Docker/containerization experience
- Python scripting and automation
- Experience with EKS or container orchestration platforms
- Monitoring and observability tooling experience
- AWS certifications
