Accion Labs is seeking a Sr. AWS Data Engineer with Workday Integration for a 12+ months contract opportunity. The role involves leading end-to-end data migration from UKG to Workday HCM and designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines for enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data migration from UKG (Pro/Dimensions) to Workday HCM
• Extract HR data (employee, position, org structure, compensation, benefits, time, accruals) via APIs, BI tools, or DB access
• Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines for downstream enterprise integrations
• Implement CDC and delta load patterns using GoldenGate and/or AWS-native services
• Execute mock cycles (Mock 1, Mock 2, Dress Rehearsal, Go-Live) with reconciliation (row counts, hash totals, key validation)

Requirements:
