Position: ServiceNow CMDB Governance Lead
Location: Tarrytown, NY
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
- 10+ years in ITSM/ITOM with at least 4 years in CMDB governance or management.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM.
- ITIL v4 certification and ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS for Discovery/ITSM).
- Experience in data governance, normalization, and health KPI reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare) for compliance reporting.
- Familiarity with integration patterns between CMDB and external systems.
- Knowledge of automation and reconciliation strategies.
- Strong Analytics and problem Solving Skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
