Role: Java Developer with Databricks

Location: Toronto or Vancouver, Canada

Mandatory skill:- Spec-Driven Development (SDD) is Must with AI

JD:

Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Exposure to Databricks
Understanding of Microservices architecture
Experience designing and building RESTful API endpoints
Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture patterns
Experience building APIs that serve analytics consumers — aggregations, filtering, and performant query patterns
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
Good debugging and performance tuning skills
Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
Basic understanding of PySpark or Spark SQL.
Exposure to data engineering or ETL processes.
