We are looking for IT - AI/ML Engineer 1 for our client in San Jose, CA
Job Title: IT - AI/ML Engineer 1
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Perform data mining using state-of-the-art methods and analyze large, complex data sets to extract insights and identify trends.
- Implement algorithms and software needed to perform analyses and integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and software developers, to define problem statements, collect data, and implement solutions.
- Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and technologies to propose and implement improvements.
- Validate model performance and accuracy using various metrics and adjust models as necessary.
- Proficient in machine learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn).
- Strong coding skills in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
- Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
- Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, and/or natural language processing.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
- Ability to communicate complex results to a non-technical audience and work collaboratively in a team.
