Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years as a Senior Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst ideally on Agile banking industry projects.
- Proven ability to manage projects involving integrated systems across different business lines.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying Python or R for statistical analysis to create dashboards and translate complex findings into actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong and hands-on experience with Java and Python.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Hands-on experience with Agile concepts and user story development.
- Proficient in querying Oracle SQL databases and working with APIs Preferred.
- Experience Background in the financial sector especially within wealth management portfolio management or client reporting.
- Data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to present insights.
- Ability to facilitate collaboration and influence decisionmakers across multiple functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills for crossfunctional teamwork.
- Leadership qualities that help define and influence technical direction within the team.
- Familiarity with code logic including objectoriented programming and control structures.
