Research Intern - Robotic Hardware, Simulation and Data

Applied Intuition is a Silicon Valley company focused on powering the future of physical AI. They are seeking multiple Research Interns to join their Research Group, where the mission is to create cutting-edge technology for autonomous driving and robotics. Interns will conduct research in various areas and collaborate with leading experts to publish high-quality research.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and support the team in one of the following areas
• Humanoid, general robotics and human data collection hardware experiences (both utilization and design)
• Large-scale robotic simulation construction, deformable object simulation, and its utilization in RL training
• Human data processing, retargeting, pose estimation, SLAM
• Work closely with the Research Scientists and Engineers on high quality research publications for submission to top-tier conferences
