Business Analyst

Nimble Gravity is a team of outdoor enthusiasts and experienced growth hackers. They are seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to help drive data-informed decision-making across technology-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholders and teams
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Support decision-making through reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights
• Map and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
• Continuously refine requirements and solutions based on feedback and evolving needs

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in technology or data-driven environments
• Ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into structured documentation
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering business value
• Experience working with data, reporting tools, or basic SQL is a plus
• Experience working in SaaS, data, or AI-related projects
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Experience with process modeling (e.g., BPMN) or workflow documentation
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Background in consulting or cross-functional delivery environments
