CUSTOMER SERVICE VACATION SUPPORT AGENT

Leisure Life Travel is expanding and seeking motivated individuals for the Remote Vacation Support Agent role. This position involves assisting clients with travel research, vacation planning, reservations, and providing customer support while developing your own travel business.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with vacation planning and travel reservations
• Supporting cruise, resort, hotel, and package bookings
• Providing customer service before, during, and after travel
• Coordinating itinerary updates and reservation changes
• Maintaining client communication and booking records
• Learning travel supplier systems and booking platforms
• Promoting travel services through referrals, networking, and social media
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, tourism, event planning, administration, or travel
