Sales Engineer

Shakudo is a company focused on AI/ML operations and data infrastructure, seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to manage technical relationships with sales prospects. The role involves supporting the sales team, designing AI/ML infrastructure solutions, and providing customer training on deploying AI/ML workloads.

Responsibilities:

• Technical pre-sales leadership: Owning the technical relationship throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery onwards
• Solution architecture: Designing and presenting AI/ML infrastructure solutions that solve complex engineering challenges
• Hands-on demonstrations: Building and delivering compelling demos that showcase how Shakudo accelerates AI/ML workflows and eliminates infrastructure complexity
• Customer enablement: Training and guiding customers on best practices for deploying and operationalizing AI/ML workloads on Shakudo
• Product feedback loop: Serving as the voice of the customer to our product and engineering teams
