SpryPoint is a high-growth software company modernizing how utilities serve their communities. The Project Manager will lead enterprise SaaS implementations for utility clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Leading enterprise SaaS Implementations using SpryPoint's hybrid delivery methodology
- Building and maintaining realistic project schedules with accurate task assignments, effort tracking, and clear ownership
- Managing project financials end-to-end - budgets, revenue forecasting, effort estimation and variance tracking
- Coordinating with Professional Services and Development teams to balance workloads and define clear timelines
- Owning scope change conversations with clients, evaluating impact against schedules, contingencies and acceptance criteria
- Keeping project documentation detailed, accurate and aligned to SOW requirements
- Communicating confidently with client stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Navigating resource allocation across a matrix organization with multiple concurrent projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of enterprise project management experience
- Strong financial acumen - you're comfortable owning a budget and forecasting effort and revenue
- Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies; hybrid experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills - you can influence at every level, from project teams to the C-suite
- A highly organized, detail-oriented approach with strong written and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client-facing projects at once
- Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in project management or business administration
- PMP, CAPM, or a comparable designation (active or in progress) is an asset
- Experience in or strong familiarity with the utilities industry (electric, water, wastewater, gas, sanitation) - this is required for PM III consideration
- Familiarity with management information systems such as CIS, WAMS, MWM, or GIS
- Experience with web-based portfolio or project management tools
