Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a Lead .NET Developer in Albany, NY.
Description:
? Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
? Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 or higher and write code using MVC, .NET, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML and WCF.
? Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert and migrate data when necessary.
? Design, Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports
? Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations.
? Use a source code repository, such as Gitlab, Tortoise SVN Azure DevOps for checking source code in and out, and branching off new versions of the source code.
? Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other ITS groups.
? Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis.
? Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor.
Mandatory Qualification:
? Develops and implements applications and programs for the backend processing systems used in businesses and organizations.
? Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
? 108 Months Experience as lead developer on projects performing and implementing systems design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance and security procedures.
? 108 Months Experience in using Microsoft Visual Studio to design & develop complex n-tier web applications using ASP.NET/MVC and/or C# and modern programming principles; Object-oriented, scalable, maintainable, single-responsibility and highest application security standards
? 96 Months Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.
? 96 Months Experience creating and reading formal technical documentation based on system requirements and interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements
? 84 Months Experience with Oracle 11G or higher and writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions and cursors, and Oracle SQL query optimization.
? 36 Months Experience developing applications that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0
? 36 Months Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later or GitLab, for development activities and code repositories
? 36 Months Experience designing & implementing applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
