MavenAI is a profitable, growth-stage company building industry-leading martech and data products for the PropTech space. They are seeking a strategic and successful Account Executive to drive sales and expand their ApartmentIQ product suite among multi-family owners and operators.
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire sales cycle: from account-level strategy development to prospecting to close
- Conduct a high volume of emails, calls, Zoom, and limited in-person presentations to secure new business
- Communicate all proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Establish meaningful relationships with customers, serving as their original point of contact and multifamily expert
- Collaborate with sales development and customer success teams
- Nurture customer accounts through an onboarding and sales conversion process
- Represent the ApartmentIQ brand in your active markets and at industry events
- Manage a sales pipeline, sales forecast, and activity tracking within Salesforce CRM
- Meet and exceed performance metrics
- Travel as required for industry events and customer meetings (up to 25%)
