Capital Rx is a public benefit corporation delivering full-service pharmacy benefit management solutions. The UX/UI Designer is responsible for delivering user-centered designs for product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting design system adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces and experiences for assigned features, ensuring usability and visual consistency
- Conduct usability testing and apply findings to improve design
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with product requirements
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and brand standards
- Contribute to design system components and maintain consistency across projects
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality
- Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years' experience in a UX or Product Designer role
- Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools
- Experience designing responsive interfaces and applying accessibility standards
- Portfolio demonstrates strong UX/UI principles and real-world projects
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with design-to-development handoff
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
