Project Manager

Grant Street Group is an innovative and rapidly growing software company that supports a variety of clients in specialized financial transactions. As a project manager at Grant Street Group, you’ll be primarily involved with implementing our software solutions in government agencies across the country.

Responsibilities:

• You have a strong understanding of Project Management Methodologies, yet use your judgment and expertise to adapt your processes to fit with each unique assignment
• You are comfortable asking lots of questions, learning as you go, and driving projects forward while navigating uncertainty effectively
• You are regularly commended on your ability to communicate complex matters clearly and simply to a variety of audiences/stakeholders
• You have the ability to travel up to 25% of the time. The exact amount will vary from project to project

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects
• Strong understanding of Project Management Methodologies
• Ability to adapt processes to fit unique assignments
