Qventus, Inc is leading the transformation of healthcare by harnessing machine learning and AI to improve patient care. The Senior Product Manager will own a high-growth product area at the intersection of generative AI and healthcare, focusing on strategy, outcomes, and hands-on product development.
Responsibilities:
- Own a product area end-to-end. Take responsibility for a high-growth generative AI and healthcare product area, including its strategy, roadmap, and the decision on what gets built and why
- Define and manage the outcomes. Set the measurable outcomes for your area, instrument the metrics behind them, and use those numbers as the primary signal of whether the work is succeeding
- Discover and validate opportunities. Develop a deep understanding of your users, the market, the technology, and the data, and use it to find and validate the problems most worth solving
- Set the vision and requirements. Define the vision, the problems to solve, and the requirements for the solutions, and align the team and leadership behind them
- Get hands-on in the product through building: prototype with AI tools, mockup flows, and draft working solutions alongside engineering and design, automating the routine parts of the PM job as you go
- Lead a cross-functional team. Partner closely with engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical experts to ship products that solve meaningful problems, then iterate after launch based on real impact
- Be the face of the product. Build relationships with users, buyers, and external thought leaders, and represent the product credibly with everyone from front-line clinicians to C-suite executives
Requirements:
- High ownership and accountability. You take full responsibility for your product area and its results, and you drive things forward rather than wait to be driven. You are highly communicative regarding deadlines, progress, and expected outcomes
- Outcome-oriented and data-strong. You instinctively frame success as measurable results, and you let data guide your decisions
- Proven 'shipper'. You have a track record of rapidly taking products through the full lifecycle and delivering real impact
- Exceptional communicator. Above all, you demonstrate outstanding written communication skills; you are crisp, structured, and persuasive on the page. You have strong verbal communication too, with a confident, professional presence in front of customers and partners, including C-suite executives
- High motor. You thrive in a very fast-moving environment, with a strong bias to action and the energy to keep multiple things moving without dropping quality
- Hands-on with AI. You are fluent and comfortable using AI tools day-to-day, ideally building and prototyping with them, and willing to learn as new tools and technologies develop
- High comfort level with data. You are comfortable developing products that lean heavily on data, analytics, and machine learning
- Strong product sense and taste. You have a real eye for great product and user experience, and the instinct to tell the difference between good and great
- Personable and customer-facing. You are collaborative, easy to work with, and the kind of person customers and partners across all functions of an enterprise SaaS healthcare technology business (such as engineering, professional services, sales, delivery) trust
- Adaptable. You are comfortable with ambiguity in a newer, evolving PM model, and eager to grow into a builder-mode operating style as the role takes shape
- Able to span altitudes. You can move from vision and evangelism down into the weeds, with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Healthcare familiarity. Exposure to healthcare operations or clinical workflows
- At least 3-5 years' experience in product management
