They are seeking a visionary Senior Manager of Sales Engineering to lead a high-impact Healthcare SE team, focusing on technical strategy and customized solutions for healthcare partners.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and develop a high-performing sales engineering team
- Refine sales engineering processes, including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept
- Coach your team to success with developing comprehensive solution proposals and delivering succinct, impactful product demonstrations
- Provide expert advice for requests for proposals (RFPs) and present recommendations to clients
- Create influence through technical whiteboarding and impactful presentations to your customers and their leadership teams with a keen eye on the personas in the room
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure solutions are implemented according to the customer’s expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in sales or systems engineering, with at least 5 years specifically managing and directing a sales engineering team
- Deep technical knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies
- Experience participating in regional industry events as a subject matter expert
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Deep technical hands-on experience in routing, switching, cloud architecture, or firewalls
