NoGigiddy is a digital platform built for gig workers and side hustlers. The Growth Marketing Specialist will run experiments, optimize funnels, and focus on acquiring and retaining users.
Responsibilities:
- Design and run growth experiments across channels — paid, organic, email, and referral
- Analyze user acquisition funnels and identify drop-off points
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user flows for conversion
- Manage referral programs and virality loops
- Collaborate with content, social, and paid teams to coordinate growth pushes
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking key growth metrics — CAC, LTV, retention, and activation
- Report on experiment results and scale what works
