Cresta is a company that specializes in enhancing customer experiences through an AI platform. They are seeking a highly strategic APAC Marketing Manager to build and scale their regional marketing function, focusing on driving pipeline and brand presence while aligning with global marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the VP of International Marketing, develop and execute Cresta’s APAC marketing strategy aligned to both regional pipeline and CARR goals and global marketing priorities
- Translate global campaigns and product launches into effective regional execution plans
- Own and deliver the regional marketing plan across field events, ABM, digital programmes, executive engagement, and sponsorships
- Partner closely with APAC Sales to drive pipeline creation and acceleration
- Act as the primary bridge between APAC Sales and Global Marketing
- Provide regional insights to inform global messaging, campaigns, and roadmap decisions
- Track, measure, and report on marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue in alignment with global KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
- Proven success leading APAC or regional marketing programmes
- Experience operating within a global marketing organisation
- Strong enterprise field marketing and ABM experience
- Demonstrated impact on pipeline and revenue growth
- Ability to balance regional nuance with global brand consistency
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable operating autonomously in high-growth environments
- Experience in software categories related to contact centers, customer experience and AI Agents
- Experience in hyper-growth scale-ups
