Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 13+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow development.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Client Scripts).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Service Portal.
- Expertise in integration technologies like REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Experience with ServiceNow Development tools like Studio, Source Control, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation on the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business users, stakeholders, and other technical teams.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements and environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration with third-party systems (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, etc.).
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom UI development.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow development.
