Fluidstack is focused on delivering advanced compute infrastructure for AI to enhance human freedom. The Logistics Systems Product Manager will oversee the product roadmap and management of logistics systems, ensuring integration and communication between systems while translating operational needs into actionable requirements for the development team.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and day-to-day management of Fluidstack's logistics systems: WMS, IMS, material request ticketing, and dock management tooling
- Ensure all logistics systems are integrated and communicating within the Fluidstack framework
- Stay ahead of operational changes to anticipate system updates before they become blockers
- Translate operational needs, edge cases, and process changes into clear requirements and user stories for the development team
- Define and track system performance metrics; identify gaps and drive continuous improvement across the logistics tech stack
- Serve as the primary liaison between the logistics/operations team and the technical development team, ensuring that what gets built solves real operational problems
- Partner with the Systems PM and engineering team throughout the full product lifecycle — from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance
- Work closely with 3PL partners to ensure WMS functionality — including piece-part and kitting — meets operational requirements
- Communicate system changes, rollouts, and known issues to operational stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience on operations, logistics, or supply chain teams, with direct exposure to warehouse or inventory management systems
- Demonstrated experience acting as a bridge between an operations/logistics team and a technical or digital development team
- Ability to write clear, structured product requirements and user stories without heavy PM support
- Strong understanding of WMS and IMS concepts, workflows, and configuration
- Comfortable managing multiple digital products or system workstreams simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Experience at a company with a high-performance logistics or operations function
- Comfortable working with data — pulling reports, validating system outputs, and using data to identify process gaps
- First principles mentality — able to question existing processes and design better ones
