Readdle is a pioneering force in the personal productivity space on Apple devices, having shaped the landscape since 2007. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Documents team, responsible for defining and delivering the product vision across multiple platforms and driving business outcomes through innovative features.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously define, update, and execute the product roadmap to align with user needs, business goals, and our ongoing expansion across platforms (including web and future surfaces
- Lead end-to-end development of key features, including AI-powered tools, that drive measurable user and business impact
- Run research to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points
- Use product data and user insights to define problems, validate hypotheses, and guide prioritization
- Collaborate with design, engineering, research, and marketing to ensure high-quality delivery
- Shape the product roadmap for a major product area — balancing user value and strategic business needs
- Drive product enhancements and experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly based on learnings
Requirements:
- Proven track record of owning product development and launching impactful features
- Strong analytical skills — fluent in metrics, funnels, experimentation, and analytical tools
- Deep user empathy — experience conducting or leveraging user research to inform decisions
- Strategic thinking — the ability to connect product work to broader business and user goals
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (including design, engineering, and research)
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy in ambiguous environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding of mobile UX and product lifecycle
- Outcome-driven mindset — always looking for the impact of product decisions
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for automating product workflows or enhancing team productivity
- Experience in both mobile and web platforms
- Background in productivity, file management or similar niche
- Prior experience working on or shipping AI-powered features / products
- Comfortable experimenting with AI-prototyping / 'vibe-coding' tools
