LotusLynx is seeking a Senior Business System Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and recommend scalable technology solutions. The role involves supporting ERP initiatives, leading requirements gathering sessions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across business systems.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and recommend scalable technology solutions
- Support ERP initiatives, integrations, and enterprise system enhancements across business and financial operations
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping activities
- Create functional documentation including business requirements, technical specifications, workflows, process models, and training materials
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in Agile environments including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, testing, and deployment activities
- Support integrations between ERP systems, line of business applications, APIs, external platforms, and data environments
- Analyze operational and business data to identify process improvement opportunities and drive informed decision making
- Partner with QA and business users during user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment readiness activities
- Ensure proper controls, reporting, compliance, and audit support across integrated business systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, scalability, and process optimization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, IT Business Analysis, or related technical/business facing roles
- Strong experience supporting Accounting and Finance business systems and processes
- Experience supporting ERP migrations, implementations, or enterprise system integrations
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise application ecosystems
- Experience writing SQL queries and working with reporting/data analysis
- Experience working in Agile environments and methodologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Hands on experience working with NetSuite ERP is highly preferred
- Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP is strongly preferred
- Experience with Jira, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools
- Experience supporting FP&A systems, financial reporting, or enterprise financial platforms
- Experience within automotive finance, insurance, or related industries
- Experience supporting or integrating StoneEagle and/or PCMI platforms
- Experience leading or supporting large scale ERP transformation initiatives
